    Default Learning journey

Hi, just want to get things clear in my head. When we do the obs and linking to next steps is this what we put in the Learning Journey book? Or are they two seperate things?
Feeling a bit thick today, but I'm meeting my DW this week and I want to show her what obs I've been doing.

Yes I have obs for each child.

The obs feed into the child's individual planning... as next steps.

Both the obs and individual planning sheets go into the learning journey.

Sometimes info from group planning goes in as well.. plus photos, copies of work info from parents and other settings etc

    Hi

Can anyone show me what a learning journey looks like completed or what you put in this, i have seen so many and none are alike. The Bromley website one looks good but does not give enough visual aid. I work better when i see the completed item.

Any help would be apreciated. Thanks
