I'm doing my RA on swimming now but i've been swimming before without one on paper
anyway the question is :
am i going to be a good little froggie and put today's date on RA or should I back date them a bit?????

Did you visually do a RA when you went swimming ?
If you did (can't think how you couldn't), then I would put that date.
I have to do 4 months of daily RA back tracking ... just a note in each day of my diary. I have done them each day, just not the recording of it.
