Toilet "accident"

It was quite warm here yesterday and we were running around in the garden. My little lad disappeared and came back naked except for his socks and looking a bit upset. I asked him where his clothes had gone and did he have an accident and he said yes he'd got wee on his pants and vest and trousers and shirt. I said gosh how did that happen and he said he didn't know why but there was wee coming out of him all over - even out of his face! I mopped his forehead and sure enough he was sweating! Poor mite didn't know what sweat was. He seemed quite relieved to hear that it happened to other people too.

Oh bless, that is one of the sweetest things i have heard in a long time, i think too that it just goes to show how we assume that children know things that there is no reason for them to know without some help!

awww bless him. My almost 3 year old who has lots of hair always thinks it has been raining when we take his bike helmet off cos his hair gets sweaty!!
