    Default quick question :)

    hi all my partner is moving in with me he had a CRB anyway for his bus driving job, its unlikley he will ever come into contact with minded children as he works 5am till 7.30pm. will Ofsted want an enchanced CRB doing? he got into a bit of a fight with a bloke a few yrs ago when he found out his then wife was cheating on him, will this go against us?

    yes he will need a new one doing as they are not worth the paper they printer on as they are out of date the second they are printed they mainly anythignt o do with offences against children the voilece fight thingy should be fine

    Yes they will want an enhanced crb check doing they will tell you until this is done he will not be allowed to be left alone with the children (unless this has changed).

    As for the incident was he charged etc and it is better to be upfront and honest with them over any convictions etc.
