My OFSTED grade is official

I got my report through today and my grade is officially 'good' with 2 areas outstanding. I got outstanding for : The effectiveness with which the setting deploys resources and The extent to which children achieve and enjoy their learning.

I thought some of the report contradicted itself. She's written about how well I promote diversity and how the setting is inclusive. That there are positive images via posters and resources. My F/T mindee speaks english as an additional language so what else do I need to do for an outstanding in this area?

I'm still proud of myself though and the mum of one of my mindees said she couldn't care less what ofsted stay as her little boy loves coming to me.

well done My parents of the children i look after feel the same as long as the kids are happy they are happy. I have 2 children i look after and mum works for ofsted she does the schools though that are in special measures she can't believe what i have to do, she says she sends tha kids to me as she like the home from home enviroment and feels the learning should be left for when they go to pre-school/school most of my parents are teachers and they all feel the smae way
