    Default New mindee started today

My new 9 months little boy started today.

Didnt start too well with him crying for a while so put him to bed and cried for a couple of minutes and then was asleep.

Slept for about 30 minutes but woke up crying.

By then a couple of childminding freinds were round and put him on the floor and he happily played for awhile crawling all over everyone.

I managed to get him highchair (dont think hes been in one before) and he ate all his lunch.

Started getting tired so put him down and 5 mintues hes asleep.

Probably not going to be like this everyday and I still have 5 hours left, but Ive been worrying about this all weekend that he would just scream with me all today but its been quite nice and Im very surprised.

    May it continue. please

Well done! My first ever mindee was 9 months old when he started. He must have found it really overwhelming at mine cos he spent loads of time sleeping! I think sometimes if they are just use to being with mum all day it must be such a big shock for them to be surrounded by little people all the time
