I used the Penny Tassoni NVQ3 book and it was all in there. Not on my computer any more though as I lost it all!

Finished this Dec 2007, don't remember puting anything in for hair care but most info was in the above mentioned book and surfing the net

As an NVQ assessor I think this is totally irrelevant as we are not supposed to get involved in all of that but on the other hand if you are registered for overnight care you have to sort childrens hair out use the Penny Tassoni book.

I agree use penny tassonis book

I had to cover this for my nvq I am not registered for overnight care obviously all assessors work differently!
