Is minding bad for my health . . . .

Good morning all!

Went for my depo injection yesterday (we definately dont want any more little Tamara's running around

, I am only recruiting for Tam's Tribe, kids I can hand back at tea time) and for the first time in my whole life, MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS UP!!!

Now I have not been working full time in pressure job for 2 months now, had a fabulous summer, life is great at home, my sister commented that she has never seen me so de-stressed . . . and now BP is UP . . . not even during pregnacy has it been up . . .

What conclusions can I draw from that . . .

Definately not . . . love my two but couldnt do with all those sleepless nights again . . . it would kill me . . . I do get broody but now that I am childminding, I can play with other peoples children, get paid for it and then hand them back for night time . . . a good deal all round!!

my blood pressure has been up for well over a year lol!!!

But not tablets high yet fingers crossed! every 3 months I now have to have a 24 hour monitor on, and funny enough the high points are the morning rush, and school pick up
