    Default what would you charge for this?? please help

    i have a family coming tonight for childcare for her baby daughter 9 months, she wants 7pm to 9pm on thursday nights as of next week, however i want to charge more than my normal rate of £3 per hour, i charge £4.50 before 7am, should i charge the same rate £3 or £4.50 or what do you think?

    They are coming at 630 so any answers please please please lol lol am nervous xxx

    I charge £5 per hour for unsociable hours, I would never charge less than this

    I would charge £6 and hour at least. My normal rate is £3.75

    I charge double time before 8am and after 6pm - £7.

    This is babysitting and doesn't need to go through childcare as it is only 2 hours

    I would charge £15 - £20 per night

    Yes i agree this is a baby sitting job and i would not do it for less than £20.00

    My DD gets more per hour than i do, when she babysits mindees.

    Its not really babysitting as its at your house but I don't take on children for less than 10 hours a week in the eyfs as its not worth it so I agree with the £20 for the 2 hours but is she going to college so may be she will need you for longer unless college is next door.But if you think this is too much I would not go for less than double time.

    Update.... They came and when asked what the hours were she said 4 full days!!!!!!! apparently she forgot to say in the email that she is going back to work in october and needs someone to have her lo who will nearly be 1..... yeah fingers crossed xxx
