A good day!

Its been the penultimate day of the school hols, its rained for most of it and i have had nine children this am and ten this afternoon ages ranging from 15 months to 13 years. You may think this sounds like a recipe for disaster but far from it.

The children have been brilliant, well behaved and intersted in the activities i have offerred,. The youngest have had a nap this pm giving me time for a cuppa and the middle aged (doesn't sound right but you know what i mean) kids have played really well - no arguments etc.

I have cooked for 10 and done a million snacks but am happy with myself at the end of the day. This job is not so bad really is it?

Congratulate yourself on a job well done.
Hope tomorrow is at least as good for you.
Even after 18 years and some challenging children (and parents!) I still wake up looking forward to the day ahead

I just posted similar yesterday. It's lovely when you have a day that reminds you of why you love your job. What a lovely bunch you had today!

awhh thats nice,it good when it works like that and you end the day all happy

I find the days i worry about cos I have a lot are the days that go really well
