what a day!

Oh my lord, what a day ive had
We have minded a total of 9 children today, 3 of which were emergancy care ranging from 5 weeks to 9 years

Started work at 7.30am finished at 6.30pm

NEVER AGAIN im exhausted didnt even get time to eat! Gonna sleep well tonight!

Look on the bright side, thinner and getting lots of rejuvenating shut eye!!

Sorry on a serious note, you really need to eat and drink, or it will catch up with you! I tend to leave a glass by the sink so if there is not time to make a drink properly at least I can grab a glass of water when going out to wash hands, get kids drinks, wash up etc
