I have my first mindee starting tomorrow, she is only on a short term contact for a few weeks (full time), what paper work do i need to be doing, i have done a short term comtract, permission slips, all about me info.....
Do i need to do ops,planning.....

I am not sure to be honest. Obviously you need contracts and permissions etc.
I suppose its up to you whether you do obs or not. Depends if she is going on anywhere else after her few weeks with you ie nursery.Helen
