Children Planner

Hi there has anyone got a planner they use to note down which children they have and what time, that I could look at. Things are getting busy and very complex, would be much easier if I could just look at something straight away to see when I am available!

sorry but for some reason my age stops me from attaching my work so ill just have to explain what it looks like hehehe

down one side monday to friday am and pm
accross the top age ranges ie 0-5 5-7 over 8's

in each square i put the childs first name so i can see from a glance who i have and when add times if needed
