unexpected week off :o)

Hi all!

My full timer who was sick on Tuesday was due back today....but has been sick again this morning so that's me off till Monday! As horrible as it is that he is really poorly, it has been so lovely spending the week with just my 2 own children (all other mindees are on hols this week)

So as the sun is shining we are off to the park this morning to feed the ducks - happy days!

You are so right. This week has actually been a bit of an eye opener for me. I hadn't realised just how little quality time I had with my own children, particularly my 4yr old DD - we have had such a lovely morning together!

It's nice to spend time with your own children, that is why I book time off in the school hols. Hope the little one is better soon, bless.
