Default How accessible should first aid box be for children

Where should the first aid box be kept - high in a cupboard or much more accessible?

    Thanks!

Not sure on the official guidance but i have mine on a shelf out of reach of the children but if i needed it in an emergancy and couldn't get myself then one of the children could just stand on a chair and get it for me.

It needs to be out of reach of children but plainly labelled so its easily obtainable when needed.

mine is in the bottom drawer in the kitchen, at the back. all my older ones know where it is, and can easily get it if i need them too. but its not obvious for the little ones to find and get out!
