My gran fell down cellar stairs on friday, luckily her gardner found her (in a pool of blood) must of been horrible 4 him.

They are keeping her asleep for now due to her injuries, internal head bleeding, 5 broken ribs, punctered lung an damaged kidney.

She is a strong lady and am hopin she is goin to b ok
