New baby starting

Hi,

I've got a new child starting in September she'll be 8months old (first new child since EYFS started). Does anyone one have a form they could share to help me gather info on her starting points,routine,likes/dislikes etc

Any help would be appreciated

I did not use a form, but had a chat with mum and recorded sleep patterns, day time routine, indoor play likes and dislikes, outdoor play likes and dislikes, food likes and dislikes, and feeding likes and dislikes. I also asked mum to bring a favourite blanket, cuddly toy and lots of photos that we used to make a book of pictures of mum dad and family that goes around on the pushchair with us.

I like the idea of family photos to make a book I think i'll do that too.

I got some A5 laminator pouches and did a little book and laminated each page - so she could chew away to her hearts content !! This post has just reminded me I forgot to give it to mindees mum when she left today - will have to post it.
