why do parents never phone to let you no that they are not coming to meet you.

i had arranged to meet some parents today between 11 and 3 i no its not long after 3 but i had said i would need to leave at 3 this was just arranged yesterday.i wonder if they think because you are at home anyway then it wont matter if they dont show.

    how frustrating

Its a shame SOME parents behave like this but quite often there ends up being a reasonable explanation. You never know she may turn up tomorrow having got the day wrong.

this happened to me a few times, and I now always take a number and phone a hour or so before the appointment to check they are still coming. I know others leave a text message too.
