Hi... my son has created me a website, and I like the whole site, and I have got a domain and hosting, but would like to know if I am allowed to have the OFSTED logo on the site? he has put the logo on every page underneath the navigation, and I am not sure if it is ok to leave it like that??

I am sure I have read on here before that you can't but I may be getting it mixed up with CSSIW who do not allow you to use their logo. If you belong to NCMA you can email them and they will send you a "member of NCMA" logo to include on your site.

No you can't...not unless you are an outstanding provider...then they give you a logo to use. As already mentioned, if you are a member you can email NCMA a they will send you a member logo to use (it's all in their handbook).
