I have just spoken to Morrisons and this is now the procedure for registration:
Send in a letterhead showing business and address etc and a copy of ofsted certificate to:
Fao Supervisor/customer services
Morrisons lets Grow
PO box 3
Diss
Norfolk
IP981HH

They have had a number of childminders already register by ohone but have had a butcher, baker and candlestick maker also try and register yesterday so thought it wise to clear it up once and for all!!
