September stampede!

Hi, in just the last 3 days i've had 4 enquiries and two famillies are coming to visit on the same day! One in the morning and the other in the afternoon this Friday.
It will fill my spaces perfectly as one is 9 months old in September and the other will be JUST 12months old (dob 30/08/08).
I've been printing up information and policies for them and i've just got to blitz the whole house!
I'm just worried about filling in the contracts....do i just use the grey section of the NCMA contract? (Settling -in period and Deposit) and then just date when they WILL start with me?
Ooh, i'm so exited but SCARED at the same time, but i do LOVE babies!
