Ofsted reg renewal

Hi guys. I dont know if anyone else has been affected? I knew my renewal was up soon but as i had another cert done in my married name in March i didnt know when. Well today i got an invoice and because of a tecnical problem they never sent my letter out to renew. Anyway i thought i better let you guys know just incase. It was no prob and i paid it by phone.
Expensive month both insurance and reg. Mind you i need to have some expenses as my mindee has been ill for a week then had a week hol, Came back for a day and now has Viral gastrorentious (sp) so ive had 3 weeks pay for 1 days work!

Yes i phoned them the other day and they said about that, it is all sorted now they sent out my invoice yesterday and i reiceved it this morning and it was really easy just paid over the phone.

i had the same problem got invoice fri paid over phone this morning got told thay are having tec problems and i must check with my bank in 48 hours to see if payment has been taken if not phone them again and re pay. (ofsted again what organization skills)
