Ikea do some nice big cushions with various covers to chose from, not sure if they have animal ones but I got some nice nice multi coloured ones which the kids love!
    Hope this may help.

I got mine from Morrisons and then used my children's old duvet covers with Winnie the Pooh on to make the covers - that way they can be taken off and washed every so often.

Good idea to get the pictures. Cushion covers are sooo easy to make if you have a sewing machine, i just make mine like pillowcases, no buttons or zips! just slip them on and off!
