    Default NCMA Survey

I just had a lady call me for about 15 minutes doing a survey on behalf of NCMA asking me if I'm minding at the mo, what ages, what services I provide, etc.

At the end you could say one thing that you would want to improve about NCMA (wasn't quite worded like that!) so I said that I would want NCMA to promote childminders more and ensure that people are aware of our role, training, standards we work to etc so that people are clearer that we aren't babysitters! I said that they don't appear to promote us at all as far as I could see and I thought this was something that they were supposed to be doing.

Just thought I'd make everyone aware that you may also recieve this call and to think about what you would say to that question as when it comes out of the blue it's hard to answer!

Good thinking, not sure I'd have been so quick to think of something.

Better prepare something just in case
