what can i do with a 10 month old?

hi guys
i might be having a 10 month old boy from next week, shall see after there visit, but i dont know what to do with him, im currently doing a theme on weather,rain at the moment so i have incorpoarated a noahs ark theme also but im not sure how to include the baby, any ideas?

Don't worry about involving babies in themes... although you can often find something similar for them to do to broaden their horizons...

Have you got a treasure basket? And a selection of baby toys... and a messy tray for him to explore jelly and mush without worrying about getting everything mucky... plenty of space for him to move around and try walking... different textures to chew and feel... other children he can watch and learn from...

That is what a 10 month old needs... and you will be able to get lots of obs out of all of those too...
