    Default Activities for inspection?

    Hi Guys,
Have my inspection next tues or thurs. Any ideas for activities? Unfortunately it's the school hols, so no break for pre-school runs etc. I'm now going to have 2 x 3 yrolds. Our topic at the moment is gardens, tbh we have covered most of the stuff on the planning already. Thought about am-gardens lotto game, cutting and sticking from gardens magazine pm maybe make biscuits and then decorate them as flowers? any other ideas that won't go particularly pear shaped and will impress?

Sounds good what you have come up with. Keep it simple and mainly let children have free play (child led activities - Mrs. Ofsted was hot on that at mine)

    Good Luck anyway

Provide activities that you know they like and will engage with. I did PlayDoh with the 3 yr old I had during my inspection as I knew she loved this and would play and really get into it.

    Good luck

I was doing Spring/Gardens - planting outside - digging etc. As we were looking at growing and all the bugs and butterflies in garden I did little cress pots, had some books about spring - spot does gardening and hungry caterpiller as our books of week and we played elefun.

sounds like you have it covered though.

    Good luck with inspection
