hi everyone,
i joined last week hoping to get a few tips for my inspection, which i had tuesday. everything on here was really helpful and gave me loads of pointers and tips! ofsted inspector was at mine for 4 1/2 hrs, she was obviously really thorough and went through everything, but she was really nice and down to earth {not like the last one i had!} i got a good which i was pleased with as i got a good last time but was panicking because the standards have been raised so much since then! she also gave outstanding in a few areas and gave me tips on what i could have done to be outstanding in the other areas! anyway, big thanks to everyone thats put tips on here, made me feel a bit more relaxed about her coming!

Bet youre pleased its over. i was dreading mine but it was ok really, not as hard as i thought it would be. 4 and a half hours is a long time! mine took just under 3, bet you thought she would never go! lol

lol i must have been looking at the clock without realising cos she started to reassure me she`d be finished soon! just goes to show theyre not all the scary monsters we make them out to be
