    Default Sickness policy

    Hi all..

just finishing off all my policies, ofsted are coming in the morning, my hubby and I just had a bit disagreement about the diarrhoea and sickness bit..

if the child has been ill within the last 24 hrs with d&S dont bring, and do they need to be clear of symptoms for 24 hrs or 48? or is that just a personal thing?

would be good if someone could settle our arguement..

    cheers x

It's so easy to win against hubbies most of the time isn't it?

As you know Vik...it used to be 24 hours.

Why don't you give her a copy of the document (link above) which clearly states that when working with children it should be 48 hours..........after all as a nurse she should be well aware at how suseptable (?) children are to these things!
