    Default Risk Assessments

Hi everyone just a little query.

I have just started minding and I have a folder with risk assessments in for the house, garden, outings etc. I have been going through them each morning and ticking them off then signing and dating them. I am really concerned about how much paperwork there will be with them. I am signing and dating at least 6 pieces of paper each day - how do you all do yours??

I have a month (up to 5 weeks) on a page ... you just have to make the tick boxes smaller
