Sorry if this question has been asked before but i have just sent my ofsted forms of and iv had a sudden worry.

I will be using my mothers house as i live with her do we need to ask permission from neone insurance mortgage my mum has mortgage its not a rented house or council or wateva lol who do we need to ask?

also who do di need 2 cal if i want to serve food at my house as i heard i will have to get my house registerd ?

And how long do u think they will give me call once recieved my forms sent them on sat

You have to let the mortgage company of the house you work from, regardless of who owns it

If you are going to be serving food you need to register with the food agency, usually your local council and I would go on a food hygiene course too
