    Question holiday only contracts

    Hi all,

    What do i put in my contract for a school holiday contract?????????????
    ITs for two boys youngest is 9 eldest is nearly 13, they've been mov
    ed to the area on an emergency and are living in a refuge till they are re-housed and the only address i can be given is a PO box address can anyone advise please am stuck.

    I would just state the school holiday hours. So, 13 weeks of the year at xxx rate depending on hours. Divide it by 12 so you get a monthly fee.

    Are the parents paying or the local authority? If they are under a family support worker etc. they may be able to give you an alternate address.

    I do the contract as normal but in the notes box put school holidays as defined by Leicestershire County Council. I put the council as im on the border and pick up from pre-schools in the other county.
