sorry for another risk assessment question. I have all all the templates for risk assessments downloaded off the Bromley site but don't know what actually I have to write.

I'm really rubbish at wording things & knowing what to write.
Does anyone have a completed one I could take a peak at, not to copy just to see what I need to write?
