    Default Risk assessment.

My dh decided in his wisdom at the start of the easter holidays to start digging out the drive and I was promised faithfully that it would be finished by Monday (well the pigs that are flying over my house).

I have risk assessed and decided that the area is now out of bounds till it is finished is this ok to do. It is at the side of the house and you not need to access it to get to the house.

I have also put it in the welcome back newsletter asking for the parents co operation in not letting their children play on it.

Is this ok any advice, pinters gladfully received.

That's pretty much what I did... a risk assessment, kept parents informed, made sure children didn't go near until it was finished.

Hope he gets it done soon!
