claiming milk ??

i have only just started minding i'm in my second week and i was wondering how i can claim for milk can i do it on line? or do u have to phone. also do i need proof of milk brought as i buy all my shoping on line ( milk included) then its delivered ( i dont drive lol )

You are better to phone them and then put it in writing to send out the forms to you. It took me several attemps to get the claim forms and registration forms sent.

They havent asked me yet for milk receipts but I have kept them just incase they will at some point.

They do say you should keep them but I always forget to
I've been claiming milk for 3 years and our playgroup have claimed for at least 7 years and neither of us have ever been asked for them.
