    Default Cars (again!)

Does anybody have a car that they've bought on HP? I hate buying things on tick but its coming to the point where I need a 7-seater on the road and we don't have much in the way of savings so would have to either get a loan or go down the HP route.

I am thinking of something like a Zafira but have looked on the Network-Q website and they're asking silly money for high mileage 2002 models so definitely wouldn't be able to afford a newer one from them.

I've bought my last three cars with a loan. You can claim the interest on the loan back as an expense and claim the 40p per mile.

I got an EGG loan of £6000 over 4 years, costs me £140 per month and the interest is tax deductable. Total cost of loan is £6720. Only 1 year left to pay!!! Mine is a Zafira 1.6, very economical, 52 reg, had 17000 miles on the clock and its great.
As long as you have work coming in I would reccomend it.
