    Default Opps - it doesn't fit :(

A while back i mentioned getting a litaf seat to go for Sticky Beans new pram so that dd won't have to walk everywhere, as she was just 2 on Thursday. Anyway - I managed to get one from Argos in a great deal but it was the last one in stock & miles away. Luckily my friend lives & works near by & she collected it for me. Only thing is we have only just seen each other today & she's given it to me & it doesn't fit the pram I couldn't find a compatabilty site for the Litaf board & I prefered that one because of the seat. My pram isn't listed on the buggyboard site either so thats no good.

Has anybody any ideas at all that i could try as i don;t think dd will be able to walk to far & wouldn't really fancy using the double all the time as i want to encourage her to walk more.

In what way doesn't it fit? If its the length of the arms thats the problem you can buy extenders.

    oohhh

so not a place to add a normal buggy board either!

I wonder if there is a side tag along board or summin that will fit onto the bar between the wheeles to the side but then would be too far forward for a child to hold the handle for balance.

I would make a call to see if this one will fit, I dont see why it wont but does mean a child will have to stand.

When i wanted to fit my buggy board to my double buggy it wouldn't fit at the seats are not as wide on a double and a singly buggy. So my hubby brilliantly took it to work and used the vice there to bend the arms inwards a little so that it now fits brilliantly. I knew he would come in useful on day!
I'm not paranoid - the world IS out to get me!

I had a pram i a similar design and all i could get to fit was the strolli rider, i never had any problems with that but i know others have, my own ds was just turned 2 at the time

This one attaches on the bottom bar but it will depend on if it gets in the way of the brake

Well customer services at bambinodirect could do with some training on how to actually help!! She was awful. I explained what i needed to know & she sounded like i was really putting her out - right hang on was waht her reply was before coming back saying sorry she didn;t know.

So i'll try the pram company to see if they have any ideas.

No Angel, still waiting for the pram company to get back to me, so not looking promising.

The thing that bothers me most is I haven't got a great deal of time with the baby & dd as it is before mindee's return & when dd was born I was out everyday on really nice long walks not just for her but to help shift my baby weight. At this rate I feel like we are going to be stuck inside

I will keep searching though, there must be something!!

how annoying, you'd have thought pram designers would take into consideration that attatchments maybe needed so either design one to go with it or ensure a universal one will fit.

Hope you get some answers real soon.
