    Mum came in with B this morning saying she has a lump and a bruise on her leg {calf} do I need to log this and if so which part of the ncma a/i book?

    yes I would - there should be an exisiting injuries form in your accident book.

    It just covers you then

    I don't have the NCMA books, but I would definately log it in my Existing Injuries records and ask Mum to sign it. x
