Default how come mindees are like buses??

i don't actually 'want' to take anyone on - i've got a 4 month old 8-2 5 days a week, a 13 month old 2 full days a week and 2 after schoolers (1 will be leaving in march) plus my own son but i have had constant phone calls all week looking for childcare.... when i was desperate they only trickled in.
i've got woman coming over next week looking for 2 half days for her 16 month old so i'd take him on i think but i was quite looking forward to having wednesday afternoons off when 1 of my after schoolers leaves!
    Blessed Be!

I'm full and receiving quite a few enquiries. A couple of childminders are on maternity leave so that naturally is having an impact.

It's gone really mad where I live. I have work coming out of my ears when before Christmas I was having to consider getting a part time job.

Still have room to squish a few more in though!
