    Red face Week 2 weigh in

    Only 1lb. I am not suprised as I had a meal out on Friday and 2 football matches, so fair result. 5 1/2 in total.

    Will try better this week.

    Still good though - you could have gained

    Well done Annie. I felt dissapointed when I only lost 1lb last week as I had been so good and been to gym etc. But as lady at w.w says 1-2 lbs a week is the most healthy way to lose weight

    I went out to a very fancy restaurant yesterday for my mums birthday and as my lovely brother was footing the bill I went to town and had starter, main AND pudding !!! plus wine So don't think I'll be weighing less this thursday!!!

    Thats what my leader used to tell me. What was frightening was when I had lost 1/2 stone and felt the weight of that - it was a great motivator - thanks for reminding me of that tip.
