The nurse weighed me 2 weeks ago and just been back and have lost 12lb's in 2 weeks......yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
perhaps its down to the stress of Ofsted

I had a very very bad addiction to coke, over Christmas I had over 60 cans

In the last 2 weeks I have had 1 If I have been hungry I have eaten not like b4 I would starve until each meal!!
She said its a lot to lose in that short space of time and wouldn't reccomend it but its not as if I can tell my body to only lose 2-3 lbs! She had to weigh me twice cos she couldn't believe it

Got weighed again today and only lost 2lb
but thats a total of 1 whole stone in 5 weeks
