caroline's diet thread

Started the sw diet last thursday. haven't joined a club, i'm just going it alone!! I know the diet inside out, and figured if I really want to lose the weight then I will. I am feeling very determined! wonder how long that will last!!
I am the heaviest I have ever been. will be going on the wii fit every night, and will use that to weigh myself on a Friday.

I go away on 4th April, so just over 2 months to lose about 4 stone!!!!!! lol

I would like to lose 1.5 stone by then.

There is no way though that you need to lose 4 stone - there would be nothing left of you!

it's lovely of you to say that miffy but I actually need to lose 5 stone to be at my ideal weight.

According to the Wii fit I am 56. There is no way you need to loose 4 stone madam!!!! But best of luck in losing whatever you need to make YOU feel right.

they say a way to make a diet work is buy soemthing that to small for you and you aim to fit into it (know to work)

i bet you dont need lose that much (meaning the 5 stone) really hun - the wii fit does kinda tell lies tbh

yes the wii fit does lie my daughter who is 14 and very slim and healthy was also told by wii fit she was obese

She was in tears, I had to take her to my gp to get her weighed and checked so she would believe she was healthy as she was so upset..... bad wii

Our wii fit told my step d she was obease, shes only 11 and certanly not fat let alone obease

LOL, no updates!!!!!!!!

Well I have so far lost 1 stone 6lb, so am well on my way to lose 1.5stone by 4th April!! Have increased my target to have lost 2 stone by then!

Wow thats great !! I wish I could do so well, ive lost just over a stone but have fallen off the rails and am struggling to get back on
