We are making pooh sticks today

If you want to make them here you go.............

    4TBS BUTTER
    2 TBSP GOLDEN SYRUP
125G PLAIN CHOC BROKEN INTO SMALL PIECES
75G COCO SHREDDIES BROKEN UP ( Normal shreddies will do )

Place butter, syrup and plain chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until melted

Remove the saucepan from the heat , place the bowl on a flat surface and stir in the shreddies until well blended

Chill the mix for 20 min

Divide the mixture into four and mould into the shape of sticks add little pieces to the sides so they look like sticks

When they are all in shape place on greasproof paper and chill again until required

    Have fun

Oh those sort of pooh sticks (silly me, I thought you meant floating twigs in the water ).

Some great ideas (as always) Angel - thank you so much
