just had to pester ofsted again!

Hi everyone,

Last week my son's crb came back (including his police caution ) but Ofsted, on Friday, had not received their copy so they said that all being well they should have it by today & be able to make a decision this week. Well, that was friday, I had the weekend when I couldn't pester them and today I couldn't resist just ringing again to check on the progress (thank goodness it's a different person each time I rang!!!) AND.............

It's in the post!!!!!

Hmmmm, shall I write out my resignation for work tonight or wait till the certificate is safely here???

Just want to thank everyone for all the help & reassurance you have given me
And to those still waiting hang in there.
I know I have been very lucky to get it thru this quickly. (sent forms off Nov 30 2007)

Just need to find some children......

Maybe you could get some mindees lined up before handing in your notice x it just depends how much notice you need to give i had to give 12 so i did it straight away

I need to give 4 weeks notice.

As you can probably tell I am a touch impatient!!

I have one mindee lined up, my gorgeous 18 month old grandaughter which is one reason I am so impatient! She will be 23 hours a week so I could do with another one or two to help recover my wage. I am a single parent so the sole breadwinner in our house. I suppose working family tax credits will go up if I'm earning less tho?

Going to have to put on my serious & sensible thinking head on
