    Default Over 5 care only

One of my supported minders only wants to care for over 5's to avoid the eyfs, can anyone point me in the direction of the requirements to do this on the ofsted website?

I can only find eyfs requirements!!!

    Thank you

    It's this document -

Requirements for the Childcare Register: childminders and home childcarers

    Published: August 2008

    Reference no: 080161

It's on the Ofsted website. Just put the title into the search bar.

Also, she would have to work with children from Year 1 up...

Eyfs lasts until they have finished Reception year at school.
