I have been sent an EY2 form for my mom to complete as she is my emergancy cover and they want her registered as an assistant.
I have filled in the sections where you have to complete if you are a person who will look after children with a registered childminder.
But do I need to complete the sections that say 'an individual making up the registered person and you intend to work directly with children?
I don't know what making up the registered person means? (my brain goes to sleep at 9pm).

Not heard of this before but I filled in the CM2 form.

As she will be an assistant then yes you need to fill those sections in also.
