SBS debit question

I have been checking my account to make sure SBS took the right amount as I know some of you were over charged. I can't actually see that they have taken any money?

What discription does it show on your accounts for the company debiting the money?

Be aware - they have 6 months to debit your account as I found out last week with my £50 petrol from May.

Have you received your order yet, as I spoke to them this morning about the kitchens I ordered over the internet and they said this is not a valid order until their people process it.

No its not on my account anywhere!

This morning I have also got a credit note in the post for a hoover they sent me wrong (in place of something else I'd ordered), told me to keep & they would credit me??

Yeah I got my order at least 2 weeks ago now, so I have no idea why they haven't taken the money yet.

We ordered a different kitchen little tykes for dd for xmas, that money has been taken from Hubby's account & that was after this?
