    OK i'll apologise now cos i'm bound to offend someone ! But i have to say the bromley site just makes people panic . Dont get me wrong , there are lots of lovely really useful things on there and i have made use of them myself but i think people need to be aware that you dont need to use EVERYTHING on there Dont painc , keep it simple , we dont need to drown in paper work . Lets keep it about playing

    I use the Bromley site a lot - thought it was great when I first found it - loads of information and easy to understand.

    I'm not sure I think it makes people panic but I do agree you don't need everything on there.

    You're right , people have to be selective and just use ( and adapt ) what applies to their business.

    Totally agree, I went mad when i first found it, so much so that i now have around 30 policies more than i can remember lol x so im about to scale them down to just the ones that i feel i need or should have lol x

    its a good site but i know what you are saying a new childminder might get a shock if they went on thinking they dont have enough but i would still tell people about it because it has made my live easer

    The way in which I coped with the Bromley site, was to go through the policies that were recommended in the ECM and work from there.

    I agree, i have used it a number of times, but only the bits that i think are relevant to me or that we Have to have.

    But somebody has done a fab job, its everything all in one place!
