attachments - help

good afternoon
pauline or whoever else is looking in, I want to add an attachment from my computer, it is a letter to ofsted re variation in registration. Would like some one to look and see if it sounds right!! but for some reason I cant upload or download, or whatever its called, the file

What is the error message saying?

You are very welcome to email your file to me and I will upload it for you...

Unless the error message says it is too big, in which case I won't be able to do it either.

Not too good at all this computer buisness, slowly learning tho
ummm can I try and email it to you please?

You just need to click the box called 'manage attachments' below the posting area and then you can choose the attachment from your computer.

but as Sarah says if it is too big then you will get an error message.
