I am owed nearly 9 weeks pay for looking after a boy being intergrated back into school and apparently the government are funding his childcare, however I am still waiting for my cheque!

Has anyone claimed money owed through a small claims court? and how much did it cost you?

Who is your contract with? Are you still caring for the child now?

Long story..don't want to bore you, but the parent doesnt have to pay, the government do. I have contracted the parent, but not for fees.

Who is the contract for fees with?

I think I would have to issue them a letter giving them so many days, maybe 7 days, to bring the fees up to date or you will have to take it further.
