how to control the kids?

everytime I call them for something I or ask them to do or to stop something they ignor me!! It catching my son too! he's started not to listen.

Stickers I'm doing it at the moment and the children are going out of their way to get a sticker and will do anything I ask them

so how many stickers do you give out per child per day???

I was giving them out each time I asked them to do something and they did it. I then extended it to an hour or so and now I just give out 2-3 a day

I forgot to mention that I also give out 'Star Of The Week' certificates too so the children are competing for that LOL
